dear support after a few hours, the clients easysocial website inside a browser is somehow timing out / disconnecting. It wiuld be a minor problem if the website would indicate this by showing the logi-screen again for instance. but if it looks like the website is active and synced in the browser, the users will like experience it as a bug, also loosing postings that they write in the "inactive" state because it throws an error, see screenshots attached.

the best solution for me would be to let the browser reload periodically to make sure it is in sync.

Currently, it will based on how long you have set this settings http://take.ms/iHjYF. Maybe you can increased it higher and see how it goes.

By the way, currently there are no other way to keep it loading/refresh currently except you do something on the site itself(clicked/refreshed them on your own).
