Hi,
when I install the last version of easyblog, some function are disappeared when create the article. Check the attachment.
The ACL permission is all able.

For the SEO panel, can you check if this setting is enabled? Settings>Editor>General>Enable SEO Panel(http://take.ms/kfXig)
If the issue persists, can you provide us your backend and ftp access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can investigate this?
possibility to change the created data of the article
What do you mean by this? Are you referring to permission to edit the blog posts?
