If yes, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can take a look of this?

Because I've tried to my locally, but it seems like can't reproduce the user get negative point.

Your deduct is correct. For points allow natural number 0+N. Lets go to set this for my site.


Question is for example: if I have 0 point on my profile. Can I complete action specified in rules for points that obtain value -5 points (delete photo) or not?

Yes, if the user currently point is 0, he still can delete his own photo(deduct -5), so he point will become -5.
