Disabling Recent Updates

Good Morning,
I need to disable "Recent Updates" showed in attached file.
I tried to disable it by backend but I cannot find how.

Could you please help me?

Hello Antonio,

I'm sorry but there is no option to disable this. But you can put your ES to lockdown mode so that non-logged in users won't be able to see the stream. You can find the option in Backend>Easysocial>Settings>General: http://screen.stackideas.com/2014-12-08_2328.png . Hope this helps.

Hello,

I'm sorry but I would like to respectfully disagree. I found out that all I had to do was change the Menu settings to "Login Layout"
