In EasySocial 1.2.7, disabled users can still be viewed.

The URL for the 'about' section of the profile remains visible, whereas, the main profile page raises an error that the profile is unavailable.

For example:

http://domain.com/network/profile/7092-username/about

is visible, whereas:

http://domain.com/network/profile/7092-username/

appropriately raises an error.
