Disabled user still can post comments

Hello. User created account and logged in.
SuperUser navigates to backend (Users) and disabled user by pressing on green icon.

But user still continue to post comment.
Username is no clickable anymore in frontend.
Hey User,

I am able to replicate this issue locally and logged this into our issue tracker.
Our developer will look into this.
