Disabled all kind of subscriptions, yet button to notify subscribers still showing

I have disabled all possible subscriptions from Settings - General - Subscriptions
But when i open composer window, i get the option to notify subscribers or not
Im guessing this is pointless, because there will be no subscribers at all, or im missing something in here

Hey,

The subscription settings are purely for subscriptions and it doesn't actually reflect this settings on the composer. If you want to hide this, you can disable this under the ACL option, "Change Subscription Settings When Composing Blog Post"
