Hello,

a disabled user complains about reveiving emails from EasySocial. The account was disabled because of inacceptable behaviour of this member. Now I disabled email-notification in this member's account for all kind of actions. I tried with a test account and email is really sent. In my opinion, no automatted mails should be sent any more, if account is disbled.

Kind regards
Samson
Hello Samson,

Can you try this instead, download the attached file and upload it into /administrator/components/com_easysocial/tables/

Hello Samson,

Can you try replace the attached file in: ../administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/foundry.php and see how it goes?

Hello,

sorry, for delay. I now tried your changes. Emails will still be sent to blocked (inactive) users.

Hello Samson,

What sort of emails is the disabled user receiving? When the user is disabled from the site, their profile cannot be accessed and the user himself will not be able to login to the site.

Hello Mark,

this deactivated member received all notification-mails, that an active member would receive too. The fact, that he was deactivated was not respected. Your changes solve this. Now, there is no email-notification for deactived members any more.

Thank you very much
