That is actually the author's header(attached) but currently it looks like you have disabled the name and avatar. To disable the entire header, you would have to disable the following setting.
Settings>Views>Author>Show Author Heading

But Settings>Views>Author>Show Author Heading was already disabled. So it's not the cause of the issue.

Also I would like to disable the line / divider between 2 post.

Just checked in the menu - Blog:

- Show Author Heading = no
- Insert Post Divider = no

So all issues fixed now.

Settings in the menu items can override the main settings too so good thing you checked there.
