Disable stream-entry by update profile-pic or cover

Hi,
know its weekend... No panic

Only want to know why function "profile update" by app "profiles" set streamentries although it is set to No or completely is disabled?

Every time a user set a new pic in profile, a streamentry will be created and flood the newsfeed.

You can disable it from backend > Easysocial > application > search "Photos" > click on the user photo app (you can check my attached screenshot below) > disable those 'Update Avatar Stream' and 'Update Cover Stream' setting.
