When you edit a profile and click on "Biography" to add information, the form snaps into place and then all of the other tabs snap as well when you navigate to them. How do you disable this?

I setup a user for you to try it out (attached via the tab at the bottom of this page), and you can go to this link to see what I mean: http://brocouncil.com/Ask-Bro-Council/profile/edit

Thanks!
Hello Ray,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
Actually what do you mean by "Snap" Effect in "Biography" tab? Could you can provide some screenshot to us so we can help you check on this issues? By the way, what is your Joomla Backend URL? Please advise.

No problem! Here are the screenshots. The first one shows when you click on "Edit Profile" and the second shows where the screen "Snaps" to after you click on "Biography". What I mean by snap is that when I click Biography, the screen automatically scrolls/snaps to that part of the screen.

Hello Arlex,

Do you absolutely need backend access? I have a lot of security checks in place, and I've given backend access before and had a lot of problems because of it. I don't like to give that out...I hope you understand.

Thanks.

Hello Tannis,

This issue has been posted over a year ago and I am not really sure if there's a solution to this yet because the thread starter did not reply us or he probably replied to our ticketing system. Please start a new thread on our forum, and provide us with the following details:

1. Steps to reproduce this issue
2. Backend access
3. FTP access

Thanks! I am also locking this thread to avoid any more confusions.
