Yes sir.

It's the page that shows all of the points a user can earn, how many points each action is worth, and a description of how to earn those points.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, there is no available option to disabled this page. However, you can try to hide/remove the links by creating a template override.

/components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/points/history/default.php

Unfortunately, there are several ways to get to the page.
I had thought about setting the page to Super Users only, which works, but results in an error redirect to the homepage.

Any other ideas?

Yeah, there are several ways to go to the page. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to do this apart from customizing each of them. Perhaps, you can submit a feature request at https://stackideas.com/voices/easysocial so we'll see how many people voted for this.
