I'm not really understanding your question here. If you mean disable self email notification to the person who commented, you can try disabling this setting in Settings>Notifications>E-mails(http://take.ms/ICM8I).

For Komento, when someone comments in a post, who would you like to send the notifications to? Just admins?
You can actually configure which usergroups to receive email notifications under Komento's notification settings(http://take.ms/M5yxZ).
