How to disable New Filter button and page in Cluster and Main Dashboard ?

Hi there,

Currently, it is not possible to hide it as it is mainly to be used for owners and admins. Maybe you can hide them using css codes below and see how it goes.

For Main Dashboard it's ok

I meant that Owners and Admins sees this button in their Groups.
How to disable this for Owner and Admins too, in Groups and Pages ?
