Disable new discussion or question for guests

Hello !

Not a big deal here, I just want to know where we can disable the option of creating a new discussion for those who didnt register to our sites. I cant see it in the settings but it must be possible, no ?

Ow, finally a display: none; in the css was enough.
I was talking about the button New discussion/question in the toolbar. I just added


#ed .pull-right, #ed .t-lg-pull-right {

	display: none;

}

in my custom.css
