Disable mentions in private messaging

Hello,
i am looking to disable the mentions feature in the PM, some times we need to write and email adresse and it just impossible, i didnt found an option for that, i was wondering how it can be done !?

Unfortunately there are no settings available for disabling the mention feature in the PM. We will take note about this. Thanks for letting us know
