Hi,

I have Jreviews installed and Komento. I use Komento for other applications, but I don't want to use it for my Jreviews component. How do I switch it off?

I have just uploaded latest version of Komento, and notice when I go to configuration I have a white screen. How do i fix this?

Kind regards
Hi Arlex,

many thanks. It turned out to be djclassifieds causing the white screen errors. I uninstalled it as no longer need it and now can access fine

With regards to switching off comments on jreviews, it doesn't actually show up in the integrations. Then I remembered that jreviews uses Joomla categories so I went into Joomla integrations and turned off Komento on the relevant categories.

Might help others.

Once again thanks

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

You can disable from backend > Komento > integration > select Jreview component > Enable Comments - NO

Regarding with your white screen issue, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can take a look of this issue?
