Disable guest comments and other questions

Hi, i like this comment system but there are a few things that i really need to get rid of and may look for a alternative comment system if this can not be done.

First of would like to disable guests from commenting completely so to remove the guest comment form.
2nd thing is i set maximum comments to only 5 so my page does not expand when lots of comments are being made. However when i click load comments it ads more comments to the page and makes the page bigger.
Is there a way to contain the comments so when i click load comments it loads a older comment but then gets rid of a new comment, this would solve my problem. or have a contained comment slider so that the page does not get any larger.

Hello Chris,

About the first issue, you may set the settings in Komento ACL: Komento > ACL > (choose your component) > (choose user group) > Disable all settings.

Regarding the second issue, I believe this is not possible in the current system.

Hi, thanks for that fixed number 1 guess will have to find someone who can custom code 2 if this is allowed.

I have another thing to ask is it possible to have this for dark templates as mainly this component is set up for light backgrounds and does not look nice having white on my dark template as it does not blend in very nice.

Hello Chris,

We are sorry but currently Komento doesn't come with dark theme. However, you can modify the CSS file to change it to darker theme. Hope this helps.
