Can you please help me to disable the general annoucement from the dashboard, the application annoucement is disable yet, please inform me how you have correct it.

In order to do that, you can disable 'Enable Admin Broadcasting' which is at Backend > EasySocial > Settings > General > Notification > Broadcasting.

I had helped you to disable it.

Can you have a try and see how it goes?
