Disable EasyDisuss profil when using EasySocial on same site.

Hi guys

I am using EasySocial and EasyDisucss on the same site which by the way works really good together, even ED is only in Beta. That said, then I cannot figure out how to disable the profile in Easydisuss. I do not see the need when you also have EasySocial on the same site, you do not need a second profile as ED is giving you. So my question is that I want users to used EasySocial as there main profile provider, and when using EasyDisuss and click on the avatar in there it goes straight to EasySocial profile page and not the EasyDisuss profil. In other words I want EasyDisuss profile disable completely. I cannot see there is any option within EasyDisuss or EasySocial to disable this.

Wow a lot 'Easy' in the above. Hope you get what I am looking for

you can already do that
in your easydiscuss backend head over to settings -> layout -> avatar and at the right side set "use profile linking" to YES an below that from the dropdown list at "profile picture integrations" select easysocial.

I have the same issue and when I go to EasyDiscuss, EasySocial is not located in the drop down list. I am using EasyDiscuss Version: 3.1.8872.
Is there a setting I must enable in EasySocial first?

hey michael,
in the easydiscuss 3.1 version you're using there's no integration for easysocial, this functionality is available in easydiscuss 3.2 which is currently in RC2 state.

Yes, for the Easydiscuss 3.1 version was not integration with the Easysocial yet, you can try to download the latest RC version of Easydiscuss 3.2 from this post thread > http://stackideas.com/forums/easydiscuss-3-2-rc2
