There is no way to disable the link but here's what you can do:

1. Disable the blogger icon in Settings > Layout > Toolbar

2. Create a 301 redirect (Not required but you can actually redirect any /blogger request to your blog page)

Thanks. As a suggestion, this should be an on/off feature I think in backend. Also true for /components/users. But 301's work well
