Disable blog creation for registered users

Hi,
I have set a link to "Meine Abonnemente" that users can see what they have subscribed for.

But i do not want that they can enter a new blog. How can i disable that?

You can disable this setting from Backend > Components > Easyblog > ACL > (choose user group) > disable write entry. Screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/jnkaOsRN .
