In Easysocial 2.x, all the Easysocial core app unable to disable it is because it caused a lot of issue for those user have permission to disable it, because some of the core app shouldn't be disable, if not some of the feature unable to work properly in frontend.

Perhaps you can share with us why you would like to disable this badge app? Or you just want to disappear those achievement badge from user profile?

The only way i can think of is set that `badge` app 'state' to 0 from your database under this table -> #__social_apps
