You can't really set the privacy of the profile picture as this wouldn't make sense.

Is there a way to disable the profile pic of the author within the box below k2 article?

This cannot be disabled currently but you can edit the theme file in /plugins/content/easysocial/tmpl/article.php and remove the codes below:

It would be great if there could be set link to authors blog.

Hm, not too sure if I understand you here. You mean linking it to K2?

I want a link to the authors blogpage in the box which is shown below k2 items.
There is the link to his profile, the link to message him, points and badges I disabled.
Here a link to the blog page of the author would be great.

Unfortunately the plugin does not do that currently. You can customize it if you want by modifying the theme file in /plugins/content/easysocial/tmpl/article.php
