Disable Article Update from Stream

Dear CS,

Do we have an option to disable update article from streamline?

Sometimes, its look weird to have same display in the streamline. In my opinion, its better to display one time only when the user posted their article. I add a sample in the attached file. Please look, because it look not nice.
