Hi Guys

I have had a little difficulty in setting up an RSS feed on EasyBlog. I'm using the latest versions of everything.

I have followed this guide - http://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/administrators/configuration/feeds-importer - which seems very straightforward. However, having set everything up, when I look at the list of feeds it hasn't been added. I'm not really sure why?

I am trying to set up a feed to https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/egypt.atom

When I first tried, I chose the Cron Jobs option but when i saved, I got a Server 500 error (not sure if releated). So I added the RSS feed again, this time not choosing the Cron option during the feed setup. This time it all saved OK but again, no feed in the feed list!!!

Not really sure what I am doing wrong. Be grateful for some advice / help before the weekend as i know you guys don't work over this period.

Regards
David
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I've checked in your site and click `Test import` button, it work fine and imported 1 article in your site.

May i know do you have setup cronjob in your site yet? If yes, can you provide us with your Cpanel access so we can check on your cron command is it setup correctly? Because if the cron command setup correctly, it will auto import article in your site instead of manually click that `test import` button.
