We don't have such custom fields available but instead profile types in EasySocial are associated to user groups in Joomla. I guess the workflow between this CB custom field and EasySocial is different.

Rather than requesting the user to choose a field, they start by choosing their profile type. Take a look at this screen shot, http://take.ms/fxpOk

When you have more than 1 profile type created on your site, when the user clicks on the register button, it will then take them to the profile type selection page, http://take.ms/8DcHP
