the fields order by quick registration ist not the same like profile type.
it looks not well, if the recaptcha is the first field.

I've replicate this issue locally, seems like there is a bug regarding the field position does not respect according to the backend setting. I've fix this issue in your site in the file:
JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easysocial/models/fields.php

after i had made the update to ES 2.0.8 is the recapcha by the quickregistraton is on the top again.

Fadhli isn't around right now but I will ask him to look into this as soon as the day starts tomorrow. I have also logged this internally so that if there is a fix needed for this, we'll apply in 2.0.9
