Hey

As a user I can create an event in the frontend. There are (as fas as I know) two possibilities.

The first one is via de 'event' button in the streaming toolbar (see attachment ES-10)

The second one is via choosing the 'Event' button in the main toolbar of ES and than the 'create event' button in the sidebar (see attachment ES-09).

However, in the first one I don't see fields which ones are visible in the last one. E.g. in the first one I don't see the address field. Very important I think.

Where can I change this?

regards,
Hey Derk,

The ability to create event on the status update bar is simplified as we have explicitly made it simple for users to create events. If we render all the fields on that particular form, the user experience will be extremely horrible. Think of this as a "Quick creation".

If you require users to enter the address to create events, I would strongly suggest that you disable the event creation via the story form and get the users to create events through the standard process.

1. To disable this, all you need to do is search for "Event" in the applications at the back end of EasySocial and click on the app for the user, http://take.ms/4DPU7 .

2. Then, disable the creation as you can see here, http://take.ms/K5LUc
