Is it possible to use kunena (jomsocial, easysocial) avatars for registered users and gravatar for guests?
Hello,

I'm sorry but it is not possible. However, you can replace the attached file in this folder: ../components/com_komento/classes/profile.php. This is a simple workaround to meet your requirement. Hope this helps.

Hello,

You can't actually set avatars for guest as Komento would use whatever system that you configured it to pull avatars from. For instance, if you configure Komento to use EasySocial's avatar, all avatars are supplied for Komento including guest avatars.

But if guest fill email field - it wiil be great to displays his gravatar avatar.
For example jcomments component displays desired avatar system from joomla for registered users and gravatars for guests.

If that is the case, then you should configure Komento to use Gravatar. This way, when the person enters their email, it will pick this up from Gravatar instead.

It depends on the user's email settings. If you are a guest, you enter your email when posting a comment but if you are a registered user, Komento pulls the user's email from Joomla's user and use that email instead.

Don't work...

I use community builder as profiles component.
I set in komento community builder integration.

Avatars from community builder displays in Komento fine.

Then I added new comment as guest, using my gravatar email.
But Komento not displays my gravatar avatar, it displays default community builder avatar.

Hello,

It is because you are using Community Builder integration. Like what my colleague mentioned, the Guest avatar will follow whatever integration you are using. If you want to use the guest avatar from Gravatar, you need to integrate with Gravatar.

I want Komento displays avatar like free component Jcomments.

For guests - Gravatars.
For registered users - the chosen system of joomla (kunena, CB, jomsocial)

Is it real?

If no - I'd like to refund.

Hello,

I am sorry but unfortunately this is not possible currently as you can only use a single profile avatar integration at any one point of time. If you want a refund, please write to us at https://crm.stackideas.com/ and we'll execute the refunds for you.

I'm sure, you must inculde this option in future release.
Also, very important option you need to include to next releases:
Displays/Hide comments block if there is no any comment.
