User group actually come from Joomla's ACL permission level where it is more wide permission where consist superuser, registered, public etc (Permission in Joomla configuration such as can access backend/frontend of the whole site.)

Where Profile Type is ACL permission for EasySocial site itself (permissions like can upload photos, creating group, create event etc. IN EasySocial)
