Hi, one of the clients signed up for a yearly membership paid monthly, but now changed her mind.
How can I cancel her subscription? By setting it as Inactive or None? Or Expired perhaps?
Are you refunding the money to your customer already?

Perhaps you can share with me which user subscription he wants to cancel? Because I would like to see which payment gateway he uses to pay for this subscription.
