Hello,

Did my Easy Blog subscription renewal go through I just did today?

I got a confirmation page when I paid $69 on your site but I do not see the Renewal listed on My Orders now in my account.

Also the Renewal Page showed an incorrect email address for me. So I never got the email confirmation of my order.

It showed:
neil@ProductivEnterprises.com

The correct email address is
neil@ProductiveEnterprises.com

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Yes, it did went through and your expiry is also updated to reflect the changes

The only place I know to go to see what I have paid for is my dashboard .

All I see is the invoice when I first licensed Easy Blog on 10/30/12.

There are no indications of my two payments made yesterday on the dashboard.

Also, can you please give me a refund for one of the double subscription payments?

I believe we have sorted out your issues in the ticket. Let's use the ticket instead for further communications because right now, we are replying the same issuer over here and the ticket as well
