Hi,
We need to have a licence for out dev server are you able to provide us one or expand the existing one to allow for dev.techniciansonsite.com.au

You could upgrade to a Developer plan from your dashboard directly at https://stackideas.com/dashboard . This would entitle you to obtain support for more than 1 domain.

You don't need a developer plan if you are only going to set this up on a test domain. I have updated your domain license to technicianonsite.com.au instead of http://www.technicianonsite.com.au . You should be able to get access to our services on any subdomain of the main domain.
