1) I am trying to find a template like your demo site that produces a clean simple look and converts best to mobile browsers. And works well with EasySocial, EasyBlog and EasyDiscuss.
Let me know what you are using on your demo and which one to purchase for best results.

2) And what is the module position that I have highlighted in attached pic. And is that a module position within the Template or within EasySocial?

You can use module position-7 and this module called it Easysocial menu module.
