The demo site should work fine, what issues are you having with the demo site?

I can log into the dashboard of the site as a guest but when I try and register, the email to activate my account takes me to a 404 page. This is the activation link I was sent: http://payplans.stackideas.com/index.php/component/users/?task=registration.activate&token=dd46b8151b8ba9d560c67791ec31d1d8&Itemid=116

The documentation doesn't offer any help on using the demo. I want to test the extension to see how it will work.

Ah, it is actually not broken, we have disabled the registration on that demo site as spammers seems to be trying to spam the site Rest assured that the registration works.

You can login to the back end to view the subscription that you tried, http://payplans.stackideas.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_payplans&view=subscription
