Deleting a Subscription Not Possible from Backend

Payplan 4.07 while trying to delete a subscription from the orders -> subscription menu, the following error is returned without deleting the subscription:
"0 Call to a member function getPlan() on null"
Could you check why subscriptions cannot be deleted?

I've tried to replicate this issue locally but i am not able to replicate.
Can you update us with the back-end and FTP access to your site , so we will check better.
