Delete users and posts

Our site has many users and many posts... I have several users that no longer are authorized to submit posts and we need to remove all of their old posts and their user accounts... What is the best way to find all of a users posts delete them and then delete the user account?

To delete the user's blog post you can simply delete it in the backend:
1. Click Posts>posts https://www.screencast.com/t/6ogAR5qaPW

and delete the user account:
1. Click Authors https://www.screencast.com/t/AJFhdLwFId4
