Honestly, i am bit lost here actually. Can you explain more, maybe by providing us with some screenshot and all related information for further check on this issues.

And Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue? Please advice.

Excuse me, I did a screesnhot so maybe you can help me.
As you can see there are in the custom fields name and email in addition to others and the same asks them in the box below called details.
As you can well understand this way the user has to enter his name and email twice.
Do you have any tips for avoiding the probloema?

Hi there,

From your screenshot above, it is totally different from it default behavior. For site details you should not have those kind of form(name/email and etc). And those sections will be shown for guest users as it is required for us to identify whose posting those post currently.

It is not possible for us to remove them currently. Thanks for your understanding.
