Delete stream entry

I changed several times my profile photo / avatar. Now I want to delete this stream entry with admin login, but I don' t see the entries - only as myself or as a friend of mine. How to delete this stream entries?

I got it working after granting the right to delete for the profile. I thought that this right is always available for the admin account?

If you are in the super admin group, you should be able to delete the stream without any restrictions.
