On our site, members have the option to suspend their profile*
They can do this themselves using the delete profile option found under Edit profile.
They then get a confirmation popup and the profile gets suspended.

However, this doesn't work on the mobile version of the site.
When you click on the Other links option, we get a popup menu with links, including one to delete the profile.
But when you click on the link , nothing happens.



* We don't allow direct deletions as many members change their minds and want their profile back at a later stage, GDPR isn't applicable in our area.

Thanks for the report. This actually a known issue in EasySocial 3.0.x version and the fix for this has already been introduce in EasySocial 3.1 beta. You can try out our beta here, https://stackideas.com/forums/easysocial-3-1-0-beta-1 (Remember to only install it on your test site) and see if the issue is still persist on your side.
