If i delete a Blogger/User via JS User Manager then is my database not cleaned from respective Drafts,Comments,Ratings and eb activity stream items..please check this for next release!
Hello Rene,

Sorry for the previous reply. I just realised that we do not practice deleting posts and comments. Instead the posts and comment's ownership is transfered to an assigned user. You can set this in backend -> EasyBlog -> Settings -> Workflow -> Maintenance. Here set the "Owner for orphan items" Hope this helps.

Thanks!

posts assigned is good idea but blogger comments..that makes no sense for me? however Drafts,Ratings and eb activity stream items should also deleted, or?

Hello Rene,

So sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Again thanks for the heads up here. Unfortunately the last EasyBlog release was already on the way so we haven't been able to include fixes for this issue.

Thanks!

Hello Rene,

We are sorry, we have missed your issue. By the way, I want to confirm your issue here, it is about the easyblog_meta table still has the post that is created by deleted user, right? This is because the post is still exist but the author is already changed. And for the 2 post id that point to the same content id, may I know how to replicate? I'm so sorry to ask you again about your issue since this forum is from early this year. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

hello Nik, thanks for confirm the easyblog_meta table issue. about the "..have also some entrys wich show me 2 post id and they point to same content_id in easyblog_meta database" i will check this again on my livesite and give you feedback.

more Important is that Drafts, Ratings and eb activity stream items from deleted User are also removed from Database! old blogger update items in activity stream database produce sef urls in sh404

Hello Rene,

I can't confirm this behavior in EB5 yet because the structure is completely different. I will confirm this once I can get the hands on EB5 to test.

If this is not critical (I don't think you delete users everyday?) , could you wait for EB5 instead. We have addressed most of these non standardized issues.
