Yes I know. I also know that you are not really managing your Voices system (answering to inaccurate requests, removing duplicates...). And worse of all you lost many requests due to a bug some time ago and never restored them.

I must add that I think Upcoming Reminder field should have had the possibility to define a default value from the start, as other fields do. I almost could have set this request as an issue ("default value missing").
