Default theme not changing

Hello,

I created a new profile type (iCom bloggers). The default theme was initially set as 'Elegant'. However, because I want it to be uniform with the other profile types, I set it to 'Frosty'.

Although I have changed it though, the theme still remains 'Elegant'.

How can this be resolved?
