It basically means that anything that does not fall into the rest of the privacy settings For instance, if you install an app called "Reviews" and they did not create a privacy rule for their app, this privacy option is supposed to be the default privacy for these items.

We can't give you an exact answer of "what falls into this settings" because we can't predict which app does have it's own privacy rule or which app doesn't

Ok, I was try to figure out where "UserName updated his profile pitcure" & "UserName updated his cover picture" falls so I can take that off of Registered Users and put it on Friends Only.
