Thanks for the access. Seems like you are using the outdated version of Easysocial (1.4.7). Currently, the latest version of ES is 1.4.10. You might want to update your ES to the latest version and see whether the issue still exists or not.

I've tried to login from your JOomla backend and FTP account but i hitting following error :

Response:	530 Login authentication failed

Error:	Critical error: Could not connect to server

Login denied! Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet.

The reason why my colleague suggest to update to latest version is because between 1.4.7 - 1.4.10 version , we already fixed a lots of bugs, it would be best if you can give us a permission so that we can help you update to latest version then check again and see is it that issues still persists.
