Default Profile Avatar Not Changing

I cannot get the profile avatar to switch even after following your docs to setup profile integration. I am using EasyProfile + JomSocial Bridge.

The integration used to work fine on EasyDiscuss 3.9.x; I only started having this issue today after I upgraded to EasyDiscuss 4.0.6.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is actually a public day off for us here. EasyDiscuss does not have integrations with Easy Profile. Having said that, you may configure EasyDiscuss to use avatars from EasySocial or JomSocial and several others.

Easy-Profile uses a JomSocial bridge plugin to enable it's avatar to be pulled in to EasyDiscuss. I did this successfully before on EasyDiscuss 3.9, but it stopped working after I upgraded to 4.0.6.

Also, the avatar on my EasyDiscuss profile always shows the default, regardless of what setting I use in the Layout -> Avatar tab (see screen shots).

Hello,

If that is the case you need to contact Easy Profile to look into it. EasyDiscuss adapter will hook to Jomsocial's api to retrieve the profile picture
