Hello,
I would like to use as a personal and private diary of the users.
What I would need is to configure as private all the blogs as default configuration.
Is it possible or I need to use EasySocial too?

Hm, if that is the case, you could just set the menu for EasyBlog to "Registered Only" . This way, Joomla would not allow anyone access to your blog area
