Default Privacy of a custom fields

Hello,

Today with GDPR regulation, it seems essential that we can define the default privacy setting of a Custom Field.
And set "Only Me".

For example, a phone number would be hidden by default.

Yes, +1 lots of times, here and all the other places. I keep pointing out to StackIdeas that the current system for suggestions doesn't work very well but they don't seem to be able to come up with a better system :-(
