Sorry for late reply to this, can i have your Joomla backend, Facebook access, and FTP access so we can better have a look with this?
Because I have tried put the image file in template/html/com_easyblog/assets/images/folder in my locally, but the Facebook unable to retrieve the image data from my local. Please advise.

What tests do you want to run?

If facebook is unable to retrieve it on your local machine you need to setup a correct route to your local server. For example your IP/site_test/.

Basically, I am wondering if there is a way to set a different facebook image? Maybe create a folder 'Facebook_images' and have a config option with preloads a select list with the images within this directory for selection?

Hello Ariex,

It would be great if we can change it. As at the moment we have to change it every time we update easyblog which is really poor! as this image is used for social media website.
